My 2nd period class has some questions for you.
- What are some of the European foods you have tasted?
- What do you do if there are no winds while you are at
sea?

Hello, Stevensville Middle!
Some of the European foods I've tasted include Lamb
Kidneys, Schnitzel (veal cutlet), Raw Herring, Open Faced
Sandwiches, and Moose!
If there are no winds while we're at sea the Captain
will turn one, or both, of the engines on. If we are heading into the
wind we often use both.
